⏰ Cancellation or Modification Window
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After this 2-hour window, your order is sent into production and can no longer be canceled or changed due to the personalized nature of our products.
Please Note:
Modifications may extend production time by 1–2 business days.
Design changes (such as new names, fonts, layout adjustments, etc.) may take additional time and may affect your estimated delivery date.
We recommend double-checking all details — especially custom names, sizes, and spelling — before placing your order to ensure a smooth process.
